About the Project

In 2012, Capricorn installed over 100 roller blinds with side guides, vertical blinds and high level motorised multi-link blinds at Aynsley School.

The client wanted a solution in the general classroom areas that would be durable and provide good dimout properties. Capricorn Nero blackout fabric was used, and white aluminium side guides fitted to prevent both lights entering the room at the sides as well as providing a neat, tidy appearance.

In the office areas, including 'staff only' areas, Capricorn System V100 Vertical Blinds were installed to provide efficient and practical privacy and light control.

In several classrooms, there were high-level windows that would be difficult to operate manually. Capricorn installed a system of 3 multi-link R240 motorised blinds, allowing the large window span to be controlled with just one motor.

The Aynsley school is a school that is tailored for children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties and provides an excellent service.
