Delivery

• Manufacturing lead times are based on orders received pre-noon, Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).

 

• The delivery lead times are based from when the item(s) has been despatched from manufacturing.

 

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding bank holidays.

 

• Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.

 

• If you order items with differing lead times, your order may be consolidated and products may arrive together within the longest criteria.

 

• On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside these timed windows.

 

• If delivery cannot be made or is refused there may be an additional charge for re-delivery.

If you'd like to have items sent to separate UK addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.

International deliveries are available on special request by calling customer services on 0121 772 5370.
